Light and fluffy, a real treat and something different to try with Lavender. Makes 20 small cookie.


  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup sugar
  • equivalent of 1 egg of egg replacer
  • 1 tsp vanilla and/or almond extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp dried Lavender
  • pinch of salt


Blend until fluffy the oil, honey and sugar, add egg replacer slowly add in flour, extract(s), baking powder, salt and lavender add small amount of lavender on top to finish off vegan lavender cookies pre-heat oven to 375F cook for 8-10 mins, depending on size or until golden brown allow to cool prior to eating (if you can!)


This recipe for vegan lavender cookies is easy to add to, try chopped almonds or finely chopped cranberries. Also consider a small amount of sugar on top of cookies with lavender.
