Home Breakfast Vegan Oatmeal Pancakes


Simple vegan pancakes with oats. Oatmeal pancakes are prepared in very little time and consist of three ingredients! Multiply the portions in the recipe by the number oatmeal pancakes you wish to make. Vegan pancakes almost as fast as toast.


  • ¼ cup wheat flour
  • ¼ cup oatmeal (quick oats)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 - ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp oil for frying


Mix the dry ingredients together. Heat up the oil on a fry pan over med heat. Add the water to the dry ingredients and beat well. Pour the oatmeal pancake mixture into the fry pan. Fry for a couple of mins until bubbles are forming on the pancake. Flip it, cook another couple of minutes. Enjoy!

Additional Tips

Goes great with maple syrup or fruit compote. If you'd like to stray away from the vegan side of things, maybe you could use milk from a cow instead of water. Most will be surprised at how a vegan recipe not containing any dairy or eggs can have so much flavor and consistency. Reviews
